I'm Divansh, a designer at IIT Guwahati. I work on brand identities, websites and product interfaces, mostly for founders and small teams.
Most of my projects start with research rather than a moodboard. I want to understand why something isn't working before I redraw it, and more often than not the answer turns out to be structural instead of visual. Fixing the structure is usually cheaper than decorating around it.
I care a lot about the parts people skip. Spacing that holds up when you zoom in, type with a reason behind every size, a label that means the same thing on every screen. If something is off I would rather rebuild it than paper over it, which makes me slower on the first pass and much faster on every one after.
